Couch to 5k is a hugely successful and really simple running programme for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS, supported by the NHS. If you’ve never run before, this is for you. The programme is designed to combine walking and running to slowly increase your stamina and fitness levels. It builds up over 12 weeks until you will achieve the amazing goal of running 5km!
No sooner has the 2019 event finished, we are already planning the next exciting event for next yearSunday the 12th of July sees a day of family entertainment based around three races/ runs around some fantastic parkland trails (“hidden” on the doorstep of Northwich Town Centre).
A 10k and 5k trail race and 2k family fun run, with medals and chip timing.
Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.25pm.
We have qualified run leaders who plan and lead running sessions and make them as much fun for all as we can, as well as helping you improve. Sessions last between 30 – 60 minutes, and no one is ever left behind!
